disobedience..

actually nk ckp pasal contempt (sbb esk PP nk kne discuss.. hehe)

contempt is actually when somone disobedience with the court's direction (cam tak ikut judgment, rule, direction or order ke yg court bg). So, basically Judge boleh la cited them as contempt (provided under Rules of High Court, Order 52)

so, x leh la nk nk saja2 gado2 ngan Judge, raise up suara time submission dpn Judge ke kn, ngada2 nk conceal document ke, nk ckp court x de power ke, ape2 la x tak sepatot nye..

tbe2 teringt kt dis one lawyer neh ckp:

"wat ape nk appear dpn Judge tue kalo kita tau dia slh, and kita x de power nk object dia ckp or nk btl, kn dia.."

(sbb tue la dia join corporate sector sbb x nk appear before a judge, nice la!)

tp, aku brue tau yg sebanarnye Judge pon boleh be cited for contempt jugak. Reason dia cm biasa la avoid injustice. Here, a Judge x leh la nk bias ke misuse dia punye power ke and etc.

aku ingt Judge ade full power rupenye boleh gak lodge complain against them kt Bar Council.. hehe
